In the early of 2015, Kazakhstan paper mill signed the contract with Leizhan pulp and paper machinery company for importing full tissue/toilet paper production line from wood pulp and white shavings. The toilet paper production line capacity is 10tpd.
Leizhan supplied the following Pulp making equipment for the Kazakhstan paper plant: Hydrapulper machine, Pulp chest agitator, High consistency cleaner, Fiber separator, Self-cleaning vibrating screen, Low density cleaner, Mid consistency pressure screen, Double disc refiner, etc.
ZSK series self-cleaning vibrating screen: it is used for screening and removing various light impurities which suspend in pulp in pulp and paper industry. Self-cleaning design, high screening efficiency.
Double disc refiner: it is used for beating and improving the beating degree of pulp.
