Living Paper Making Specification
There are many raw materials for tissue/toilet/napkin paper, commonly applied are wood pulp, bamboo pulp, and waste paper pulp.
Firstly, the raw materials are transported to the hydrapulper using a chain conveyor. The hydrapulper in the tissue/toilet/napkin paper production process mainly uses a middle consistency hydrapulper, and then the high density cleaner is responsible for removing most of the heavy impurities, and then through the M.C.Pressure Screen, Coarse and fine screen, refiners are adopted to improve the beating degree of pulp.
