High Density Cleaner is a pulping machine which used to remove heavy impurities, with volute pulp inflow chamber, the eddy ability is strong and low pressure area subarea is obvious. This makes accepts and impurities separate thoroughly. It is specially designed long cone has small taper angle and fine cleaning efficiency.
1.The high density cleaner is to separate impurities by using the difference in specific gravity between fibers and impurities. The slurry is rotated at a high pressure from the feed three-way tangential line into the slag remover.
2.Due to the different centrifugal force, the heavy impurities are smashed toward the wall, and gradually move toward the cone bottom under gravity and enter the sediment tank.
3.Cause the small centrifugal force, the fiber gradually moves to the central low-pressure zone. After reaching the bottom, the vortex rises and finally exits from the fine slurry port. The cone of the high-concentration cleaner has a certain taper, and the cone is long, the radius of rotation of the slurry in the cone is gradually reduced, the speed of the slurry is prevented from decreasing during the rotation process, and the centrifugal force is enhanced, thereby improving the paper stock.
4.The equilibrium water pressure at the bottom is slightly larger than the slurry pressure, so that the fiber can not enter the sediment tank, only heavy impurities such as sand particles, metal particles, rubber blocks and plastics sink into the tank, which reduces fiber loss.
