Pulp Board Conveying and Disintegration: The pulp board is conveyed to the hydraulic pulper via a chain conveyor. After mixing with water, it is decomposed into a fiber suspension by the shearing force of the rotor, with a pulp concentration of 4.5%~6%.
High Density Cleaner: After disintegration, the pulp is centrifuged by a high density cleaner to remove heavy impurities such as sand and metal, protecting subsequent refining equipment. The operating concentration is 3.5%~4.5%.
Refining: The pulp enters a double disc refiner (can be connected in series or parallel). Through cutting and fluffing the fibers, it imparts strength and softness to the paper. The refining concentration is 3.5%~4.5%. Proper refining is necessary for toilet paper production to avoid excessive cutting, which affects strength.
Pulp Storage and Mixing: Qualified pulp is stored in the pulp chest after refining and then sent to the mixing chest, where it is mixed with waste pulp, chemicals, etc., according to the process.
