Working Process: The slag-water mixture enters the water tank through the inlet pipe at the top of the equipment. Heavier slag particles settle to the bottom of the trough under their own weight and the combined action of the stabilizing plate. The slowly rotating screw shaft drives the blades, propelling the slag upwards along the inclined U-shaped trough. After leaving the liquid surface, the slag particles continue to be pushed a distance, achieving thorough dehydration, and are finally discharged from the slag outlet; the clear liquid, separated from the slag, is discharged from the overflow outlet.
