Control Function: Controls parameters such as paper web speed and tension to ensure the stability and controllability of the production process.
Adjustment Function: Adjusts the width, thickness, and surface flatness of the paper web, fine-tuning minor changes in the paper web caused by differences in raw materials or variations in process parameters.
Correction Function: Corrects deviations in the copper mesh or felt back to its original position. Modern paper machines often use photoelectric detection systems to achieve automatic wire alignment.
