For meeting the demand of waste paper pulping from paper mill, our engineer designed 200tpd waste paper pulping line machine with high efficiency and stable operation.
First, waste paper will be transported into D type hydrapulper by Chain conveyor for pulping.
Secondly, the pulp will be transported into high density cleaner for cleaning heavy impurities.
Thirdly, the pulp will be conveyed into Mid consistency pressure screen, Light impurity separator, Fiber separator, Fine screen for coarse screening, fine screening, tailing treatment of paper pulp.
Then, low density cleaner, will be adopted for further pulp cleaning.
finally, double disc refiner will be adopted for improving pulp breaking degree.
