Waste paper deinking is generally a process in which debinding agents are applied under appropriate temperature and mechanical external force to break the adhesion of printing ink to fibers, separate the ink from the fibers, and thereby separate the ink from the pulp.
The entire deinking process can be roughly divided into the following three steps.
1. Dissolve the separated fibers.
2. The ink is separated from the fiber.
3. The extracted ink particles are removed from the pulp.
